WHOLE EGGS AND ALL PURPOSE EGG MIX for use in Domestic Food Assistance Programs

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking offers to sell whole eggs and all-purpose egg mix for use in domestic food assistance programs. The solicitation includes two materials: whole eggs and egg mix dried pkg-48/6 oz. Deliveries are to be made between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. • The solicitation includes a total small business set-aside for material 100047, EGGS WHOLE LIQ BULK-TANK, and a 10% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside for the same material. • Material 100044, EGG MIX DRIED PKG-48/6 OZ, is unrestricted. • Offerors must meet the AMS vendor qualification requirements established in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.2. • Offerors who intend to use more than one processing plant and shipping point for contracts awarded under this solicitation may submit a list of their approved processing plants and shipping points on a separate sheet of paper to be uploaded in WBSCM.
