The California Military Department is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the roof awning on Building 3 at Discovery Challenge Academy in Lathrop, CA. The work includes complete removal of existing roofing, installation of new roofing membrane, replacement of flashing, gutters, downspouts, and repair of any water‑damaged decking or sheet‑rock. All materials must meet Buy‑Clean‑California requirements, and the contractor must hold a C‑39 Roofing Contractor (or B‑General Building Contractor) license. The contract is for a fixed‑price, 365‑day period with retainage and liquidated damages for delay.
