Description
The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases requires a metabolic measurement system and treadmill for human metabolic research. The system must be capable of measuring oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide production, ventilation, and energy expenditure in human research participants. The equipment will be used to conduct human physiology research studies focused on metabolic disease, including obesity and diabetes.
