New Office Building

The Lee County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals for the design-build-construction of a new office building for the Lee County Sheriff's Office. The proposed project is located at 119 Pinewood Rd, Leesburg, Georgia 31763, and must comply with all County standards and Georgia minimum standard building code requirements. The project includes the construction of an office building with various features such as separate offices, restrooms, voting area, conference area, break area, equipment room, evidence room, and IT room. • The building shall be climate-controlled and insulated with necessary MEP equipment. • The contractor shall provide plans and written schedules to Lee County prior to work commencing. • The contractor shall be responsible for cleaning up respective areas upon completion of installation. • The contractor shall maintain all aspects of the project until the Board of Commissioners accepts the project. • The contractor shall repair any damage done to County property created during the course of work.
