The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a qualified small‑business mover to relocate its South Dakota Ecological Services Office in Pierre. The contractor will be responsible for full‑service office moving—including planning, packing, disassembly of modular furniture, transport, placement at a designated storage site, and disposal of unwanted government property—all to be completed within a short performance window in February 2027. This award is set‑aside for small businesses and will be evaluated on best‑value criteria.
• Provide complete office relocation services (packing, moving, unpacking, disposal) for a ~3,500 sq ft office and garage at 420 S Garfield Ave, Pierre, SD.
• Must attend a mandatory site‑visit (Nov 17‑18 2026) to develop realistic pricing; all work must be finished by 26 Feb 2027.
• Small‑business set‑aside (HUBZone, SDVOSB, EDWOSB, or WOSB) with a firm‑fixed‑price contract; evaluation based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
