Description
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service office relocation in Lubbock, Texas. The contract covers packing, handling, transportation, and placement of office furniture, equipment, and supplies from the current field office at 22 Briercroft Office Park to the new location at 6104 66th Street, Suite 500. The vendor must supply all packing materials, moving equipment, trucks, fuel, and labor, and complete the move during the specified week of November 16‑20, 2026, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Service window: November 16‑20, 2026 (5 business days)
• Locations: Current – 22 Briercroft Office Park, Suite A, Lubbock, TX 79412; New – 6104 66th Street, Suite 500, Lubbock, TX 79424
• Scope includes packing, loading, transport, unloading, and placement of ~36 listed items (tables, desks, cabinets, electronics, appliances, etc.) plus approximately 20 boxes of miscellaneous items
• Vendor must provide all moving supplies (boxes, crates, tape, blankets, labels) and vehicles; TDI staff will be on‑site for access
• Estimated contract value: $25,000 (maximum $30,000)
