Description
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service moving and relocation of office furniture, equipment, and miscellaneous items from its current field office in Lubbock to a new field office in Lubbock, as well as to a State Surplus facility in Austin. The contract includes packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and provision of all necessary moving supplies (boxes, crates, blankets, labels, etc.) during the week of November 16‑20 2026. The vendor must supply its own trucks, fuel, and labor, and ensure items are protected and delivered within the stipulated hours (8 AM‑5 PM).
• Scope covers approximately 40 pieces of office furniture and equipment in Lubbock plus additional items for the Austin surplus site.
• Service window: November 16‑20 2026, 8 AM‑5 PM each day.
• Vendor responsible for all moving materials, trucks, fuel, and labor.
• TDI staff will be on‑site to provide access and assistance.
• Required deliverables: completed IFB form with pricing, authorized reseller letter (if applicable), and any manufacturer‑required signatures.
