The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to completely re‑roof the Flagstaff Service Center, a municipal‑type building housing the Motor Vehicle Division. The scope includes full removal of the existing roofing system, disposal of materials, installation of a new EPDM membrane, insulation, flashings, curbs, and related roof‑access improvements, while maintaining building occupancy and coordinating the relocation of existing rooftop HVAC units. The contractor must meet extensive technical specifications (ASHRAE 90.1, ENERGY STAR, FM Approvals), provide performance and payment bonds, maintain a comprehensive safety plan, and deliver a two‑year workmanship warranty.
