Church Street Town Centre & Venue Phase I

The City of Manning is seeking bids for the Church Street Town Centre & Venue Phase I project. The project involves providing required materials, equipment, and labor for new pervious parking, retopped existing asphalt parking, new restroom facilities, stage, pavilion, splash pad, lighted concrete walkways, fencing, irrigation, and landscaping, signage, sediment & erosion control, and related appurtenances.
