Topsoil & Mulch Materials - HWY

The County of Ontario is seeking bids for the provision of topsoil and mulch materials for highway use. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to deliver the topsoil and mulch materials to the County's designated locations. The contract term will be from March 20, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two 12-month periods. • The bidder must provide a bid form, individual or corporate acknowledgment, non-collusive affirmation, and other required documents. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage. • The bidder must agree to hold harmless the County and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from the performance of the contract.
