Alco Sensor FST

The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is seeking bids for the procurement of Intoximeters Alco-Sensor FST Instruments and related mouthpieces, calibration supplies, and maintenance equipment. The contract is estimated to be valued between $55,000 and $70,000 annually. The successful bidder will be required to provide these instruments to support traffic enforcement operations and improve public safety. • The contract term is up to 60 months, with pricing valid for the term and adjustable after every 12 months. • The WSP will evaluate bids based on responsiveness, performance requirements, price factors, and responsibility. • The WSP will apply Washington State procurement priorities and preferences, including points for small businesses, veteran-owned businesses, and businesses that do not require mandatory individual arbitration clauses. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically to the Procurement Coordinator by the deadline. • The WSP reserves the right to amend or modify the Competitive Solicitation and to reject any or all bids.
