Description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed.
• The city will evaluate quotes based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid price, with consideration to local preferences.
• Vendors must submit quotes through the City of Detroit Oracle Supplier Portal system.
• The city reserves the right to reject any quote and to modify or amend the request for quotes at any time.
• The city will provide a Notice to Proceed to the successful vendor, and the vendor must secure performance and payment bonds within five business days of the notice.
