The Colville Indian Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to fully rehabilitate the interior of a single‑family residence located at 1222 Moccasin Run, Inchelium, WA 99138. The scope covers demolition, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, painting, and final cleaning, with all work to be completed within a 60‑day performance period. CIHA will supply certain items (cabinets, countertops, wood stove, appliances), while the contractor must provide all other materials, labor, and comply with tribal, federal, and state regulations including Davis‑Bacon, TERO, and safety standards. The contract is a small‑purchase, price‑only award with Indian‑preference considerations.
• Complete interior demolition and removal of existing finishes.
