Request for Information – One Way Attack Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS)

The United States Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is conducting market research to identify possible sources capable of providing an Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)-robust one-way attack (OWA) drone. The drone should leverage commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components, have a completed solution with in-house custom components and Electronic Safe and Arm Device (ESAD), and be National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)-compliant. The goal is to circumvent Chinese supply constraints. Key points to consider: • The drone should be EMI-robust and have a one-way attack capability. • The solution should leverage COTS components and have in-house custom components and ESAD. • The drone should be NDAA-compliant and circumvent Chinese supply constraints. • Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained within their response.
