Next Generation Identification and Awareness Initiative

The U.S. Army is conducting a Sources‑Sought market research effort under the Next Generation Identification and Awareness Initiative (NGIA) to identify industry partners capable of delivering advanced technologies for U.S. Special Operations Command. The solicitation seeks capability statements from firms that can address four focus areas: Tagging, Tracking and Locating (TTL) of high‑value individuals; Reconnaissance & Surveillance (R&S) sensors; Unmanned Systems (UMS) including UAVs/UAV‑related counter‑technology; and Integrated Information and Electromagnetic Operations (I2EO). Responses are to be submitted via email to the primary point of contact.
