Description
The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for the provision and delivery of 150 tons of Cal-Prill lime. The lime will be packaged in 2,000 lb. super sacks, wrapped individually, and shipped to the SCDNR's designated receiving site. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project duration is estimated to be 35 days, starting from February 25, 2026, and ending on April 1, 2026.
• The contractor must provide the manufacturer's written warranty upon delivery of the product.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of The Drug-free Workplace Act.
• The contractor must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and inspections.
• The contractor must provide a signed copy of the solicitation form with their bid.
• The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation.
