CAL FIRE is seeking a single‑award vendor to supply ready‑to‑eat “sack lunches” for line firefighters, camp personnel, and administrative staff during the 2026 fire season. The lunches must meet detailed nutrition, packaging, and temperature‑control requirements, be delivered in refrigerated vehicles, and include specific snack items (beef jerky, trail mix, limited dessert). The vendor must provide commercial automobile insurance, complete a series of mandatory attachments (including payee data records, certification clauses, and a bidder declaration), and submit a price‑per‑lunch worksheet with quantity‑tier breaks.
• Must own or subcontract refrigerated transport (no ice‑chests or portable units).
• Must certify compliance with Darfur Contracting Act, STD‑204/205 payee forms, and other state contractor certifications.
• Required to submit a capacity statement for current and June 2026 production capability.
