Description
The City of Trenton is seeking bids for the furnishing of asphalt materials for road maintenance. The contract will be awarded on a unit price basis, and the City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities based on actual needs. The contract is for a period of one year from the date of award. The bidder must provide a proposal form with their company information, authorized signature, and unit price per ton for the asphalt materials. The City will pick up the material directly from the asphalt plant, and hauling/delivery is not included.
• The contract is for the furnishing of asphalt materials, including Bituminous Concrete Surface Course Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt.
• The City reserves the right to increase quantities by up to 20% or decrease quantities by up to 100%.
