Description
The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is seeking a qualified Contractor to install a complete lubrication system in the equipment maintenance shop to supply oil/grease to designated lubrication points for vehicle service operations. The location of the project is at the Annapolis Maintenance Shop located at 138 Defense Highway Annapolis, Maryland 21401. The equipment is located outside of the shop in the designated oil room and main maintenance shop area. The services provided shall be in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. Key responsibilities include: installing a complete lubrication system, performing a layout and routing of hoses/piping to designated lubrication points, testing and commissioning the system, and providing operator and maintenance training.
• Installation of lubrication system components, including pumps, hose reels, distribution piping/hoses, metering, filtration, and associated controls
• Testing and commissioning of the lubrication system
• Operator and maintenance training
• Compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations
