Description
The Camden County School District is seeking bids for the construction of a new indoor practice facility and track. The project includes a 103,987-square-foot pre-engineered indoor practice facility with a synthetic turf field, supporting storage and restroom spaces, and a new outdoor athletics track and field. The scope also includes associated site development, including driveways, walkways, and stormwater retention improvements. The project is expected to be completed by June 9, 2027.
• The project requires a mandatory prebid meeting for all bidders.
• Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
• A Performance Bond and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
