Description
The Johnston Community College is seeking bids for the renovation of the Britt Building, which includes a partial interior renovation with architectural reconfiguration, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. The area of scope is being changed from a welding lab to nursing/EMT training labs and classrooms. The project requires sealed bids from licensed contractors, and the bid security is 5% of the bid. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount will be required.
