USCGC POLAR STAR MAIN PROPULSION GENERATOR EXHAUST SYSTEM

The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to fabricate and deliver exhaust expansion joint assemblies for the USCGC POLAR STAR Main Propulsion Generator exhaust system. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to fabricate and test the expansion joint assemblies. The assemblies must be fabricated in accordance with the applicable Government-furnished drawings and standards referenced. The contractor must also provide new materials only and conform to ASTM F1120 standards. • The contractor must fabricate and deliver two 22-inch expansion joints. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance for each item. • The contractor must package each fabricated assembly to prevent damage, distortion, contamination, and corrosion during handling and shipment. • The contractor must deliver the assemblies to the USCGC Polar Star in Seattle, WA by 31JUL26.
