Campus Wireless Network Support

The University of Iowa is seeking a Value Added Reseller (VAR) to provide support services for its existing HPE/Aruba wireless access point infrastructure. The selected VAR will be required to provide multi-year pricing options with flexibility to terminate the agreement for various reasons. The University is looking for a supplier that can provide excellent customer service, has experience working with comparable institutions, and can demonstrate expertise and service record. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. Some key requirements include: • Providing support services for the existing HPE/Aruba wireless access point infrastructure • Offering multi-year pricing options with flexibility to terminate the agreement • Demonstrating expertise and service record • Providing excellent customer service • Having experience working with comparable institutions • Being able to provide coterminous support for the existing wireless network • Complying with the University's Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if accessing or using patient information • Providing a detailed description of the supplier's core competencies and background • Submitting audited financial statements and annual reports for the previous two years • Providing references from previous clients • Complying with the University's standard terms and conditions • Registering in the University's eSupplier portal if awarded the contract • Being "HPE Sales Certified - HPE Aruba Networking Solutions" • Complying with the University's expectations for hardware and software support • Providing flexible termination options • Detailing the supplier's Hardware Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Providing pricing for the initial support term and optional annual renewal pricing • Offering a minimum discount off the published HPE/Aruba hardware list price
