2026 Sidewalk Improvements Project

The Village of Westmont is seeking sealed bids for a comprehensive sidewalk improvement project that includes removal, replacement, and new installation of sidewalks, along with associated curb work, detectable warnings, and site restoration. Funding is partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO). • Approximately 18,800 sf of existing sidewalk removal and replacement • 1,500 sf of new sidewalk installation, including detectable warning surfaces • Additional work: curb reconstruction, detectable warnings, and miscellaneous site restoration • Project funded in part by a state economic development grant
