The City of Rincon is seeking bids for the purchase of a 48x60 Modular Office Building for the City of Rincon Police Department. The building should have 7 offices, 1 large conference room, 1 larger office, small lobby/waiting area, 1 rear entry/exit door, 2 ADA restrooms, and a 6 ft coffee bar with upper and lower cabinets. The successful bidder will be required to deliver and install the building.
• The building must meet specific requirements, including a 48x60 modular police building with 4 modules, each 11'-8" x 60'
• The building must have a specific layout, including 7 offices, 1 large conference room, and 1 larger office
• The building must have specific features, including a small lobby/waiting area, 1 rear entry/exit door, 2 ADA restrooms, and a 6 ft coffee bar with upper and lower cabinets
• The building must meet specific state and code requirements, including IBC/GA and a 130 MPH wind speed
• The building must have a specific chassis, floor, wall section, interior doors, roof/ceiling section, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system
• The building must be delivered and installed by the successful bidder
