FC0002509 – CIENA Equipment for SDAT Westminster

The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide CIENA equipment for the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) in Westminster. The equipment includes routers, power cords, software licenses, and optics. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for CIENA and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract also requires the provision of installation and training services. • The contractor must provide new and unused equipment. • The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contract has a Small Business Reserve designation, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to bid.
