Budget estimate

$4,500,000 – $5,500,000

The solicitation lists an estimated construction cost of $4.4 million to $5.1 million. Assuming the contractor’s fee aligns closely with the total contract value (typical for fixed‑price construction contracts), the expected revenue range for the winning bidder would be roughly $4.5 million at the low end to $5.5 million at the high end. Factors influencing the final budget include the volume of as‑needed service orders issued (which could be less than the maximum budget), any change orders, and the 5 % LBE subcontracting requirement which may affect profit margins.
