Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide COVER, SHOE, 16" TO 18" HIGH, 0.004" THICK, TO FIT UNIVERSAL, PLASTIC VINYL, VIRGIN, MEDIUM GREEN COLOR. The contractor must provide a quote for 60 cases of the specified item. The item must meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation, including the provision of a unique item identifier.
• The contractor must be a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to be eligible for this contract.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes all applicable costs, including shipping and handling.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to supply chain traceability and counterfeit detection.
• The contractor must provide documentation to support their quote, including specifications and certifications.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
