Range Modernization Effort, Sole Source to Radiance Technologies

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to create a single purchase, cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) type contract with a 5-year period of performance on a sole-source basis to Radiance Technologies. The primary purpose of this contract is to execute major range Improvement and Modernization (I&M) projects and to procure the associated material (hardware and software) required in support of experimentation and technology demonstration in support of range modernization. Some key aspects of the job include: • Prototype design and development for quick reaction test instrumentation requirements • Assessment of potential technical investments for the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Tests Site (RTS) • Support for the United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) in its core functions • Execution of launch operations and space operations for the Army, Air Force, Navy, Space Force, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and other U.S Government Agencies/organizations • Provision of discipline engineering, systems engineering, scientific, and other technical services
