Budget estimate

$200,000 – $1,000,000

The budget for this contract is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope of work, which includes onsite sharpening, preventive maintenance, and minor repair services for reusable surgical and dental instruments, we can estimate the budget to be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000 per year, depending on the frequency of services and the number of instruments being serviced. The total budget for the base period of performance (09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027) could be around $200,000 to $1,000,000, and the total budget for the entire contract period (including options) could be around $800,000 to $4,000,000. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the contractor's labor costs, equipment and material costs, and profit margins.
