Description
The State of Michigan, Department of Technology, Management and Budget, State Facilities Administration is seeking a contractor for the St. Louis Correctional Facility - Housing Unit #4 Conversion project. The project involves the conversion of Housing Unit #4 at the St. Louis Correctional Facility. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project includes emergency and exit lighting work, among other things.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including NFPA 70, NFPA 101, and UL 924.
• The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including product data, shop drawings, and test reports.
• The contractor must ensure that all work is done in a safe and professional manner, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for all work and materials provided, and must be responsible for any defects or deficiencies in the work.
