West Greeley Sanitary Sewer and Lift Station

The City of Greeley is seeking a Progressive Design-Build Contractor for the West Greeley Sanitary Sewer and Lift Station project. The project involves designing and constructing sanitary sewer connectivity for the City's West Greeley Project, which includes an 8,600-seat arena, a youth ice rink, indoor water park, hotel, retail, and over 11,000 homes. The selected contractor will work with the City's Water and Sewer department to design and construct the necessary infrastructure. The project has an estimated construction value of approximately $50 million.
