Description
The City of Fairbanks is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate the child‑care facility located on the first floor of City Hall. Work includes demolition of two restrooms, three classrooms, and associated closets, followed by complete remodels that meet ADA requirements, replacement of steam radiators, electrical and plumbing upgrades, new lighting, an ADA chair lift, and installation of an ADA ramp. The contractor must provide a fixed‑price lump‑sum bid, secure appropriate bonds and insurance, and complete the project by the contractual deadline of October 31 2023.
• Demolition and removal of existing restroom fixtures, classroom finishes, and utility closets.
