RFQ for Redevelopment Project Management Services

The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership and the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the County of St. Louis (SLEDP) are seeking a consultant to provide project management services for a redevelopment project. The scope of services includes: * Managing and facilitating real estate redevelopment * Coordinating due diligence documentation and closing deliverables * Assisting with preparation of construction plans * Reviewing technical, architectural, and engineering documents * Overseeing site preparation activities and representing SLEDP's interests * Monitoring construction quality control and providing progress reports * Identifying project risks and proposing mitigation strategies * Advocating for SLEDP's interests while maintaining professional relationships with developers The consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the redevelopment project, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements.
