Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a quotation for the procurement of Boston Scientific EXALT Model D Duodenoscope Image Controllers. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract with a base period of 12 months and four option periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be required to provide the image controllers, accessories, consumables, and warranties. The quotation should include pricing, product literature, and a valid OEM authorization letter if the quoter is not the manufacturer. The Government will evaluate the quotations based on technical acceptability, responsibility, and price reasonableness.
• The contract is for a single Requirements Contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) orders.
• The period of performance includes one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
• The contract is limited to the Boston Scientific EXALT Model D Duodenoscope Image Controller (PN M00542430), available only through the manufacturer’s sole authorized distributor.
• The contractor will be required to provide product refresh information, including a list of specific awarded CLIN(s) being refreshed, product literature, and a detailed description of the differences or benefits of the refreshed product.
• The contractor will be required to submit quarterly reports of sales, including the total SLA fee amount collected.
