The City of Delaware is seeking a qualified contractor to develop the Kingsbury Athletic Fields site, encompassing grading, utility installation, storm‑water management, pavement, septic system, and a 10‑ft multi‑use path. The work will be performed on a 25‑acre parcel off Curve Road, east of the Norfolk Southern railway, with extensive earthwork, water‑main extension beneath the rail line, and related civil infrastructure.
