This solicitation seeks a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide full architectural/engineering design services for a hazardous‑material abatement project at the St. Louis VA Medical Center (John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks campuses). The effort is split into a design phase (site investigations, hazardous‑material surveys, schematic and construction‑document development) and construction‑period services (RFI response, submittal reviews, site visits, commissioning coordination).
