Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Central Michigan Correctional Facility (STF) - Healthcare and Program Infrastructure Expansion project in St. Louis, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, which includes multiple phases such as Program Analysis, Schematic Design, Preliminary Design, Final Design, Construction Administration - Office Services, and Construction Administration - Field Services. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations. Some key aspects of the project include:
• Providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement
• Conducting a constructability review and quality control plan
• Providing professional services for all phases of the project
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Providing a detailed, chronological resume of all proposed Key Personnel
• Submitting a complete, straightforward response to this Request for Proposal
