Ultimate Sports Park

The City of Pompano Beach is seeking bids for the construction of a new multipurpose natural grass sports field and a 2500 SF, 2-story concession building with bathrooms, storage, bleachers, and other track and field amenities at the Ultimate Sports Park. The project includes sitework, drainage, foundation, concrete structure, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, shade structure, landscape, irrigation, fencing, parking, site lighting, and Poured-in-Place (PIP) track and sports lighting. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the project.
