Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 4000 Ship Position Log Books with a separate wraparound cover and black fabric binding. The books will have 68/67 pages, including one blank page, and will be printed in black ink. The vendor must provide a press quality PDF soft proof for content review and must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships or delivers via email. The vendor must also follow specific guidelines for pallet size, cartons, and packaging.
• The log books must be printed on white, JCP Code J20, 25 Pct Ledger paper with a basis size of 17 x 22" and a basis weight of 24#.
• The cover must be made of JCP Code P-10, High-Finish Manila Tag with a basis size of 22.5 x 28.5" and a basis weight of 150#.
• The vendor must use black ink and follow the specified margins and print page layout.
• The vendor must provide two department samples and return the government-furnished materials and samples to the specified address.
