Above and Underground Utility Repair, Replacement, and Installation

Texas Tech University is seeking qualified Proposals to provide Monitoring/Assessment, Maintenance, Repair, and/or Installation services related to underground and above-ground utility systems. The scope of work includes labor, materials, licensing/certification, and expertise to provide services to the main TTU campus in Lubbock, Texas, as well as satellite campuses. Proposers must be able to prove sufficient resources, maintain applicable certifications and licenses, and accept a TTU Purchase Order for services. • Proposers should have experience with utility systems, including domestic water, fire/emergency water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, compressed air, data/fiber, electrical, and direct bury steam and chilled water. • Proposers should have a quality assurance plan in place, including methodology for performing services and project planning. • Proposers should be able to provide photographic evidence of project progress and submit detailed service reports. • Proposers should have a commitment to sustainability and minimizing environmental impact.
