Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

Based on typical municipal senior‑center renovation budgets in Connecticut, a project of this size (full interior and systems upgrades) is likely to fall in the $1 million to $3 million range. The estimate accounts for labor, materials, equipment, bonding, and insurance requirements, as well as the need to meet state specifications. Larger scope changes or extensive structural repairs could push the upper bound higher, while a more modest finish scope could keep the cost near the lower end.
