The City of New York’s Human Resources Administration is seeking experienced organizations to design and deliver tenant services for seniors living in newly‑constructed, affordable senior housing, including a set‑aside for formerly homeless seniors. Services are meant to help seniors age in place, promote independence, and provide light‑touch case assistance to those with histories of homelessness.
