The City of New York Department of Homeless Services (DHS) is seeking qualified vendors to operate Tier II residential shelters and 24‑hour overnight facilities for homeless families with children. The solicitation is open‑ended, allowing multiple awards over a five‑year base term (with an optional four‑year renewal). Contractors must provide fully ADA‑accessible sites (or be able to make them accessible), demonstrate site control for at least the initial five‑year term, and deliver a full suite of supportive services—including case management, housing placement, health‑care linkage, education, child‑care, employment assistance, and security.
