Description
The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision is seeking parking garage services for 18 state vehicles located in close proximity to the Queens Regional Office. The contract term will be for a period of five years, effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing parking garage services, including ensuring that the garage is within a ¼ mile radius of the Regional Office location.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing parking garage services for 18 state vehicles
• Ensuring the garage is within a ¼ mile radius of the Regional Office location
• Complying with all terms and conditions contained in the contract
• Achieving the MWBE contract participation goals set by the State
• Submitting quarterly or monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Reports
• Paying liquidated damages if the Contractor is found to have willfully and intentionally failed to comply with the MWBE participation goals
