The City of Redding seeks up to three rental‑car concession operators to run a customer‑service counter at the Redding Municipal Airport. Each selected operator will manage a counter, provide at least 25 “ready‑car” parking spaces, and use the airport’s vehicle‑service‑center facilities. Operators must maintain a fleet of recent‑model vehicles, collect a $4.00 per‑day Customer Facility Charge, and remit monthly fees based on a minimum guarantee or 10 % of gross receipts.
