USAFA Sky Monitor System Notice of Intent

The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to Solmirus Corporation for a Sky Monitor System. The system must have a fisheye field of view of at least 180 degrees, a cooled CCD, variable exposures, automatic dome defrost, weather-proof housing, an integrated filter wheel, remote operation, a 16-bit sensor dynamic range, and a resolution of more than 30 mega pixels.
