Automated Speed Enforcement System (ASE)

The City of West Haven is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a turnkey Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) camera system. The system will support the City’s efforts to reduce speeding-related crashes, enhance pedestrian safety, and comply with all applicable Connecticut laws and regulations governing the use of automated traffic enforcement devices. The selected respondents shall provide equipment, installation, calibration, software, data management, citation processing support, training, and ongoing maintenance.
