Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), accessories, replacement parts, and services to its TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program members. The contract will be for a duration of 5 years with an option to renew for up to 3 years. Vendors will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and pricing. The scope of work includes providing SCBA, accessories, replacement parts, and services such as on-site flow testing and hydrostatic testing. • The contract is for the provision of self-contained breathing apparatus and related goods and services. • The TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program allows government entities to purchase goods and services at pre-negotiated rates. • Vendors will be required to provide pricing discounts and a current price list for the goods and services offered. • The contract will be awarded to one or more vendors based on their proposal evaluation. • Vendors will be required to track and report their sales activities and provide management reports on a quarterly basis.
