Description
The DLA Maritime Puget Sound is soliciting commercial items, specifically a French press, speaker, lunchbox, tumbler, and backpack. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) commercial and simplified acquisition procedure in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
• The contract requires the delivery of a French press, speaker, lunchbox, tumbler, and backpack manufactured in accordance with material specifications.
• The offerors must provide pricing for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) listed, complete all representations and certifications, and provide manufacturer information of proposed items.
• The contractor must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171, if applicable.
• The contract is for a one-time delivery, and the offerors must include the lead time for delivery in their quote.
